Dale Tilbrook is a renowned Noongar woman with a wealth of knowledge about Australian native bush tucker which she has shared with the Australian community through her business, Dale Tilbrook Experiences, for many years.

Hillarys Boat Harbour is lucky to have her join us at The Breakwater to do a live cooking show demonstrating the use of native botanicals, herbs and spices with local fresh seafood.

For just $10 a ticket, you can experience some tantalising dishes that will excite your palates and get inspired to make your own bush tucker creation. An event not to be missed.
