Come down to Hillarys Boat Harbour on Sunday, 8 August and cheer on our teams as they take the plunge into the Harbour and get ‘Freezin’ for a Reason!’
A fundraiser for a fantastic cause, The Law Enforcement Torch Run – Western Australia (LETR WA) team includes police officers and volunteers working together to raise awareness and funds for people with intellectual disabilities through support to Special Olympics Western Australia.
The event begins at 9am, with LETR Torch Runners joining together with athletes from Special Olympics WA to carry the Olympic Torch to a welcome ceremony.
Sure to be a fun event for the whole family to enjoy, the WA Police Pipe Band, Police Mounted Section and Water Police will all be in attendance on the morning.
So, show some support to your local officers and head down to the Harbour!
